John Cosgrove of the Arbinger Institute will be in Christchurch running an introductory workshop on Leadership and Self Deception on 1 October.
It's priced at $50, but you can attend for free. It's at the International Antarctic Centre, Sir Edmund Hillary Room from 2.30-4.30pm.
The focus of the presentation is to demonstrate a little known option for improving influence, employee engagement, teamwork and results.
The Arbinger books: Leadership and Self Deception, and The Anatomy of Peace are both very good.
Seats are limited, so you need to book/RSVP as early as possible. Attendees will receive one of the books and an "early bird" offer for a 2-day workshop.
