Rachel enjoys working with speakers and businesspeople who want to get their message out, and communicate and market more effectively.
She works with speakers at all levels - from those who are nervous but need to put themselves forward, to experienced and confident professional speakers who want to hone their material, marketing or approach.
Rachel believes that "if you want to speak, you will be able to" if you adopt the right Techniques, Attitudes and Practices (TAP).
Coaching can be done over the phone or face to face, depending on the needs and preferences of the person involved.
Rachel trained as a coach with Coach U, the first professional coaching school established in the USA, graduating from the Coach Training Plan in 2005 after 4 years part-time study and practice. She has also trained in acting, playwriting, improvisation and directing, and uses her blend of skills to tailor support to help each speaker be more effective.
