About Me : Rachel Prosser
Rachel Prosser graduated B.Com (Marketing and Management) and LL.B from the University of Canterbury and was admitted to the New Zealand bar in 1994. She has worked in New Zealand for the Commerce Commission, Ministry of Housing (Tenancy Services), and has taught at CPIT on the Graduate Diploma of Event Management, and the National Diploma in Business (Online).
She spent 6 years working in London for the London Borough of Southwark ending as Senior Corporate Lawyer (Regeneration and Partnerships). Her work there was diverse, with a focus on governance, and strategic issues, working closely with politicians and senior staff.
While working full-time as a lawyer in London she trained as an actor, life coach, and juggler, and performed in Fringe Theatres most notably as part of the Short and Girlie Improvised Comedy group. She is a graduate of Coach U (the first professional coaching school in the USA) and completed the Coach Training Program over 3 years, finishing in 2005.
Rachel is currently a Member of the National Speakers Association, an office-holder in the Canterbury Chapter of the International Coach Federation, a member of the Applied Improvisation Network and a Charter Associate Member of the International Positive Psychology Association.
